1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must include all manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Items that show signs of use, installation, or physical damage will not be accepted.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Used or installed appliances (e.g., fridges, freezers, electric cookers, televisions, etc.).
  • Kitchenware that has been used or unsealed.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items.
  • Items without original packaging or missing parts.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will inspect and replace the item or provide a store credit at no extra cost if the damage is confirmed to be from our end.

  • Damages reported after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
